At Eccentric Boutique, our default method of reimbursement is Store Credit.
If you return an item due to sizing issues or a change of mind, you will receive a digital Gift Card for the full value of the item (excluding shipping costs).
Store Credit does not expire and can be used on any future collection.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR MONETARY REFUNDS
Monetary refunds to the original payment method are granted only under the following circumstances:
The item received was undeniably defective or damaged upon arrival (proven via photographic evidence within 48 hours).
The item you ordered is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.
Eccentric Boutique made a fulfillment error (e.g., sent the wrong size/color).
All other returns will be processed as Store Credit.
3. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.
Store Credit: Issued immediately via email.
Monetary Refund: A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a monetary refund yet, please follow these steps before contacting us:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [Insert Email].
5. SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged for credit. Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
