Return & Exchange Policy

1. RETURN WINDOW
Eccentric Boutique accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will be strictly denied.
2. CONDITION OF ITEMS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:
  • Unworn, Unwashed, and Unaltered: No visible signs of wear, including makeup stains, deodorant marks, or pet hair.
  • Original Tags Attached: All tags must be intact and attached in their original position.
  • Odor-Free: Items with strong odors (perfume, smoke, laundry detergent) will be rejected.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
If an item is returned to us in a condition that does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item back to you at your expense.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and business reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more.
  • Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates.
  • Jewelry and accessories.
  • White clothing (due to high susceptibility to staining).
4. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
  • Store Credit: We prioritize store credit for returns. This is issued as a digital gift card with no expiration date.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your total.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
